    A blessing and a curse

I'm starting to embrace my condition and see it not only for how it can limit me but how the tendencies of ADD can help me as well.  For instance, while I tend to hyper focus ad become oblivious to everything else going on, it also means I go at a project or issue with such passion and intensity that the finished product is of such high quality that few can match it.

I might struggle with learning details, but because I have a different learning style, I also see things from unique perspectives and am quicker to grasp the bigger picture.  This results in me having the ability to come-up with creative and unique solutions to problems, that others might not see....

I would like to hear from others on their views of how the condition has proved to benefit them in both their personal and professional life.

That is EXACTLY like I as well!!!

    Oh my goodness!!

I've totally come off kinda snobbish, or overly smart, or in a lot of cases people see me as "slow"

bc i'm on a different thinking track than their mind is working..

It was great to read about someone so mirrored to myself as well. Star
