I don't, but I'm absolutely fascinated with the disability. My neighbor's daughter has it, though sadly I've never met her. Even though I'm told she appears to be severely disabled (mobility issues, non-verbal, soils self) she has her own way of communicating and has a definite connection with her mother - it's amazing. It really makes one re-think the word "retarded". Same for girls with Rett's, though some learn to communicate with words, at least by device.
