Lexapro for my daughter

My daughter is almost 13, and her psychologist and pediatrician are thinking of prescribing Lexapro for her anxiety and depression.  My husband and I are willing to give it a try because she has been in counseling for several months and will continue to be monitored closely.  Does anyone have any experience with this medication and a young teen?
