Does it ever stop?

I don't know if it's the fibro or the arthritis but for the last few days I can hardly move....my back is so stiff I can barely turn, and my neck is almost unable to be turned. This headache has been off and on for days now, and I am soooo sleepy. I wish someone understood what this is, or what to do about it. I'm between health insurance plans at the moment so that doesn't help. I think I need to see a rheumatologist, maybe.....I dunno. I know I NEED to get up and move around and do things but how can you, when you can't?? I don't know what to do there.

Oh well, I guess I should just sick it up until I can do something about it......

I'm so sorry that you are experiencing so much discomfort and pain.  I hope you are able to find some relief soon!

Although, I do not have fibromyalgia or arthritis, I do get intense headaches.  I had a debilitating headache over the weekend.  The pain was so intense.  I finally saw my chiropractor today and got some relief.

I hope that the weekend was relaxing for you and you were able to find some relief from the pain.  Have a great day!

I have Fibro and Lupus. On top of that I have battled depression for almost 40 years. I've been in that postion you are in without health insurance.  That's very difficult thing to deal with. I'm grateful to have my insurance coverage, I still have all the co-pays to incur.

I love my Rheumatologist. I get the most relief from him over all. What state are you in? In the state of California medical cannabis is legal. I have utilized this for a little over 2 years now. I don't know if that's an option for you.

Are you using the medical cannabis for Lupus or for the fibro?
