Let's say we are starting to recognize the triggers that set off our depression and anxiety. My question is what do we do to stop the onslaught of the aftermath of the triggers? I am now seeing some of what causes some of my depression and anxiety and I believe they are also causing some insecurities. I am just unsure of ho wto control all of that
