Mother's Day

Today I ache from head to toe -- Could be weather related.  The pain is exhausting and frustrating.  This past Fall, I went through a  spell where it was even hard  work. It is hard to explain.  Today is sort of like that -- Don't know what to do sometimes.  Forgot to tell about my high cholesteral.  It is not real high, just high enough to be on medication for that too.  Neither of my parents took medications for anything.

Sorry to hear that you're not doing well today.  Hope  you had a good mother's day (if you celebrated).  High chloesterol and diet changes make a big difference...

Hi Sue!

I wanted to applaud you for sharing how you are feeling.  I hope that today is better than yesterday and tomorrow is better than today!  Wishing you sunshine today!

I too react to the changes in weather.  I've been dealing with fibromyalgia since my early 20's (not knowing that's what is was until 1995).    I react strongly to changes in the weather such as rain, snow/cold.  I also react to changes in the air/elevation when I travel.   I feel like I've been run over by a mack truck and then it came back and ran over me again. :o)

I dislike intensely having to take medication but I also know which ones are a must by now in order to make me feel like a human being as well as act like one too.

Unfortunately with fibromyalgia there are a whole host of other types of problems that we have to deal with.

I hope that by now you are feeling a lot better!

Kennedy
