Housework

Last summer I had a bout with occipital neurolgia that caused approximately 21 migraines from June to mide August.  Everytime I tried to do any physical work, I ended up with a migraine.  This summer I thought I was much better and I would be able catch up with my housework after a school year of teaching.  Wrong!  I mopped my floors and did some other things and by the end of the day, I had a migraine.  It took me 3 days to recover.  It is so frustrating when I  cannot do even some of the more simple jobs without consequences.  I don't know what to do.  Sue
