Anxiety and Depression

If it's not the fibromyalgia it's the anxiety and depression that is giving problems.  As the summer progressed, I found myself having several panic attacks.  I also was having problems getting anything done as I had no desire to do anything.  I couldn't sleep either and was averaging about 4 hours per night.  The lack of sleep only added to my feelings of overwhelment and confusion. Does anyone have panic attacks where you disassociate or feel like you're not really in that situation?  I am now trying lexapro to see how that works.  I do feel more relaxed, but am putting on weight.  I have gained 15 pounds in the last 6 weeks.  I am hungry all the time.
