My Bio

I have a daughter with Celiac. After a full year of searching for reasons to explain her poor health and failure to thrive, we discovered she had Celiac by accident in October 2002. (The lab ran the test for a study they were doing.) I have lots of good resources and suggestions to help people who are new to Gluten Free eating - recipes, product lists, etc. I''m also happy to share some of my tips for working with teachers and schools, birthday parties, holidays, playdates, etc. Let me know if you need help with something.
