My Bio

I am a mother and a housewife. I have a 14 year old son with OCD and a 9 year old with Epilepsy. A form that is resistive to medication. My older son goes to therapy once a week and is on prozac. Everyday is a challenge for him but we get through it one day at a time. My youngest sone has been on 9 different meds in 1 year. He has what is called refratory seizures which means not controlled. We are currently on a waiting list for a service dog for him. We need to get a fence so we can have a fenced in yard before we get the dog. So we are always doing fundraisers to help. We have already raised a lot of money for the epilepsy foundation, and will continue to do so since they are so underfunded. This form of Epilepsy is not one my son will outgrow. So hopefully one day there will be a cure for epilepsy.
