I was diagnosed with celiac disease just before it took my sight in 2008. I am a student at the Georgia Institute of Technology (3rd year) and and working on an undergraduate team that specializes in low vision/blindness. I am currently working on making medication, medical devices, etc. more accessible to the blind and/or handicap.
