My Bio

I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2004. My symptoms included severe anemia and all that goes with that, as well as some gastrointestinal symptoms as well. I was diagnosed with the blood test and confirmed by EGD and biopsy. I have been gluten-free for over 5 years. One of my 2 children also has been diagnosed with Celiac.
