My Bio

Diagnosed Celiac for 4 years It took the doctors 10 years and 10''s of thousands of dollars to have them stop giving me nausea meds and sending me home to suffer. The damage to my digestive system gave me incredibly severe acid reflux which hasn''t improved much in 4 years on a GF diet. Otherwise, my immune system is crazy healthy and I rarely have anything but occasional GI inflammation. I miss real beer and real marble rye bread.
