I was diagnosed with a mild to moderate case of lupus in October of 2009...just a week or so before my twenty-first birthday. I have most of the symptoms...severely painful joints, weak immune system, pleurisy, shortness of breath, anxiety and depression, and a weird rash whenever I''m in the sun for to long,the ANA test and double strand DNA. I''m a full time college student, and I work full time as well. Trying to make ends meet is difficult, and now I am faced with something that I''m trying not to freak out about, while everyone (who seem to think they know everything) patronize me and act like I''m dying. I''m not a quitter...I just feel like everyone else has quit on me I am currently attending a community college full time and will be pursuing my doctorate. I will be studying immunology

This antibiotic caused me to have a very severe flareup. I was crippled for a week, face rash, high fever, and severe joint pain. Medication stayed in my system for almost one month after doctor took me off it.
