My Bio

Having lived on this planet for 42 years, I have discovered many things, the most precious ones being my faith and how to manage my mental health! I have four beautiful children that are not so small anymore! My dear & wonderful husband as of August 2009 also struggles with his own mental health issues, as do two of my children. His two children, who do not yet live with us, also have mental health challenges. Still, life is good, with Jesus, a local NAMI affiliate, network support, and friends.
